I had the chance to visit Rodriguez Mexican Grill with a group of friends, and we made the most of the opportunity to sample a variety of dishes. The fajitas were a crowd favorite—grilled to perfection with tender cuts of beef and chicken, complemented by fresh bell peppers, onions, and a side of tortillas. It was the perfect combination of smoky and savory, with just the right amount of spice.
Their margaritas were also exceptional—perfectly balanced between sweet and tangy, providing the perfect pairing to our meal.

Without a doubt, the absolute BEST MEXICAN FOOD I HAD IN LONG TIME! The Mango Margarita, the Cheese Enchiladas, and the Warm Slightly salted tortilla chips. The Salsa was Outstanding. Inexpensive, cozy, hole in the wall joint with good food and service. Charro beans (now available if not before), beef enchiladas, tacos, tamales . . . All VERY good. Only two cons: tableside guacamole had no salt, garlic, or jalapenos added and the "hot" sauce could hardly have been tamer. But not deal breakers: we just won't order tsg on the next visit when we are in that part of town.
This is our new spot. The service was excellent! Very attentive! The fajita beef street tacos are on point! We love flautist and they were so good! They brought us fresh homemade flour tortillas to the table with butterOMG my weakness! My Don asked them to make Ranch Water.. Cazadores Tequila, Topo Chico and lime! Refreshing! We are new to Mesquite and very picky when it comes to Mexican food! They did not disappoint! We will be back!
